Welcome to R&R AUTO LTD. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer a variety of automotive services including, but not limited to:

  • Vehicle      diagnostics
  • Auto      body repairs
  • Routine      maintenance (e.g., oil changes, brake services, tire replacements)
  • Paint      and bodywork
  • Other      automotive repairs as agreed upon
  • Car      Rental 
  • Auto      Parts Sales and Sourcing
  • Towing      Services

The services offered are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • We      will provide a written or electronic estimate of the cost for services      upon request. This estimate will include a breakdown of parts and labor.
  • While      we strive to provide accurate estimates, final costs may vary depending on      additional parts or labor required once work has begun. Any such changes      will be communicated to you before continuing with the repairs.
  • Pricing:      All prices are listed in KYD ($) (Cayman Island dollars) and may be      subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment      is due in full upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements      have been made.
  • We      accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, debit      cards, and any other payment methods specified at the time of service.
  • In the      event of a payment dispute or delay, we reserve the right to retain      possession of your vehicle until payment is made in full.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing      accurate information about your vehicle and the issues you are      experiencing.
  • Removing      any personal belongings from your vehicle before service, as we are not      responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.
  • Approving      all repairs and costs before we commence work. Your approval can be      verbal, written, or electronic.

5. Vehicle Inspection and Warranty

  • We      will inspect your vehicle prior to performing any repairs. Any      pre-existing damage or conditions will be documented.
  • We      offer a manufacturer’s warranty (based on warranty receive form      supplier or manufacturer) on parts and a limited time warranty on labor.      The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not      cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors      such as accidents or environmental conditions.
  • If any      issues arise during the warranty period, please contact us immediately to      schedule an inspection and potential repair.

6. Liability

  • We      will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are      not responsible for any damages, delays, or failures that are beyond our      control, such as parts availability or unforeseen complications with your      vehicle.
  • Limitations      of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&R AUTO LTD      and its employees, agents, or affiliates will not be liable for any      indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use,      loss of profits, or any other type of loss resulting from your use of our      services.
  • We are      not liable for damage caused by unauthorized modifications to your vehicle      after services are performed.

7. Pickup and Storage of Vehicles

  • Once      your vehicle is repaired, you will be notified to pick it up. You must      arrange to pick up your vehicle promptly.
  • If you      do not pick up your vehicle within 7 days after being notified, a daily      storage fee of $20 may be charged.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You      may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 4 hours’      notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • If we      are unable to perform a service as scheduled due to unforeseen      circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.

9. Termination of Services

  • We      reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any ongoing services if      you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or for any other      reasonable reason, including abusive or threatening behavior towards our      staff.

10. Intellectual Property (Website Terms)

  • The      content, design, and materials on our website, including text, images, and      logos, are the intellectual property of R&R AUTO LTD. You may      not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written      consent.

11. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes information collected during the scheduling of services and any communications with our staff.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding the services provided or these Terms and Conditions, we encourage both parties to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be resolved through mediation or small claims court, depending on the nature of the issue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert country/state], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms will be brought in the appropriate courts of Grand Cayman Island.

Refund Policy

At we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with our services or products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Service Refunds

a. Completed Services

  • Once a      service has been completed and the customer has taken possession of the      vehicle, no refunds will be issued for the services rendered.
  • However,      if you are dissatisfied with the service or believe there was an error,      please contact us within 14 days of the service date. We will      inspect the work and, if the issue is related to workmanship or faulty      parts, we will make every effort to correct it under our warranty policy.

b. Deposits and Prepayments

  • For      certain services or special orders, a deposit or prepayment     may be required. These payments are non-refundable unless the      service is canceled by us, or if the service was not performed due to      circumstances beyond your control.

c. Cancellations Before Service

  • If you      cancel a service appointment at least 24 hours prior to the      scheduled appointment, you may be eligible for a full refund of any      deposit or prepayment made.
  • If you      cancel within less than 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the      right to charge a cancellation fee or withhold part of the deposit      to cover scheduling and labor costs.

2. Parts Refunds

a. Defective Parts

  • If a      part installed as part of a service is found to be defective, we      will offer a free replacement under the terms of our warranty      policy.
  • If a      replacement part is not available, we may offer a refund for the      part at our discretion.

b. Special Order Parts

  • Special      order parts that are specifically ordered for your vehicle are non-refundable     once the order is placed, unless the part is defective or incorrect.
  • In case      of manufacturer defects, we will follow the manufacturer’s return or      replacement policy.

c. Return of Purchased Parts

  • If you      purchase parts directly from us and later decide not to use them, you may      return the unused and unopened parts within 7 days of purchase for      a refund less pulling and/or restocking cost.
  • No      refund will be given for used, damaged, or opened parts.

3. Warranty Claims

We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor for. If you believe the work or parts provided were faulty and fall within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and, if necessary, repair or replace the faulty parts at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for warranty claims, as we prefer to rectify the issue through repairs or replacements.

4. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services      completed with your full approval.
  • Services      were delayed or interrupted due to factors beyond our control, such as the      availability of parts or unforeseen vehicle issues.
  • Wear      and tear on parts or services that occur after your vehicle has left our      shop.
  • Any      modifications or additional work done to your vehicle by a third party      after our service has been completed.
  • Electrical      parts 

5. Refund Process

  • To      request a refund, please contact us at our office or via email Include      your name, receipt or invoice number, and details about the service or      parts in question.
  • Refunds      will be processed within 2-4 days once approved.
  • Refunds      will be issued using a check or the original payment method. If a card was      used, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your      statement, depending on your financial institution.
